It was originally made in Garry's Mod and is also in talks to become a Michael Bay movie. This is the world we live in and we're just going to have to accept that, you and me.
Garry Newman, the creator of Garry's Mod, has received a DMCA on behalf of the SKibidi Toilet creator. The DMCA is a notice for utilizing Skibidi Toilet assets in Garry's Mod, which he is claiming to be his assets. However, most of the assets from Skibidi Toilet come from Half-Life 2, meaning that the creator of Skibidi Toilet doesn't really have a leg to stand on.
The phenomenon known as Skibidi Toilet is a little hard to explain. At a glance, it's a meme where a man's head pops out of a toilet and spins around as he sings «skibidi dop dop dop yes yes, skibidi double-u reeh reeh.»
