Bungie admits Destiny 2's new Pathfinder system isn't working "as we expected," gives out over 3,000 Bright Dust as "a make good to get folks caught up"

Destiny 2: The Final Shape was a great expansion that quietly made a few perplexing additions in-between mostly great ones, with the new Pathfinder reward system being one of the more confounding. Obtuse, buried in menus, and seemingly featuring objectives chosen by throwing darts at a wall of numbers, the Pathfinder could lead to wild swings in reward cadence, especially compared to previous pursuits. Bungie says Pathfinder has ended up unexpectedly stingy on Bright Dust in particular, the free currency used to purchase some Eververse shop items, so it's giving out a whole bunch of the stuff for free for the next nine weeks.

A Dead by Daylight and Five Nights at Freddy's collaboration was just announced, something I am shocked has taken this long to happen

If you asked me to name a handful of major horror videogames, Dead by Daylight and Five Nights at Freddy's would undoubtedly be two of the first names to leave my mouth despite never playing either one. The former has cemented itself as one of the most popular asymmetrical multiplayer games, while the latter rewired the brains of teenagers and Twitch streamers alike. Hell, even we scored it 80% in our Five Nights at Freddy's review.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP's release date has been bumped up, plus a price tag reveal that's raised a few eyebrows

It's good news for western Lollipop Chainsaw fans, as the release date for upcoming remaster RePOP has been brought forward in America and Europe. A Fallout: London modder has taken it upon themself to cure the rampant dog food addiction that is more sinister than you'd think

One of the newest quirks players are finding in Fallout: London seems to be an odd addiction to dog food. There's currently no explanation for this, so one modder decided to take matters into their own hands and create a mod that'll do away with this addiction for good.

After 3 years, Chivalry 2 goes into maintenance mode as devs decide they've released enough updates to make it 'content and feature complete'

Any good historical materialist can tell you that feudalism isn't long for the world, so perhaps it's no surprise that the good folk at Torn Banner Studios have, after three glorious years, announced that its online medieval warfare sim is now «Content and feature complete.» That's right, folks: Chivalry is dead.

Final Fantasy 14's big Dawntrail balance patch is here to "raise the DPS of certain jobs rather than lower them" as Pictomancer mains survive nerf free and Vipers only get sort-of simplified

Final Fantasy 14 Dawntrail's first Savage raid is here, folks, and that means we're getting our customary sweep of Job changes to iron out the kinks seen so far. While the MMO's community - and Pictomancer mains, largely - had been braced for nerfs, Yoshi-P and the gang are looking to raise DPS across the board, rather than lower it, for a more even playing field.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League only had one job, but it's already started to revive the Justice League

Look, I'm not one to criticise—which is weird, given my job—but the Suicide Squad could not have been given clearer instructions. Their gig was killing the Justice League. Their gig was so much killing the Justice League that it's in the name of the game—Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Killing the Justice League was the order of the day, and your chefs de cuisine? The Suicide Squad, who would be killing the Justice League.
