A teenager recently uncovered a rare LEGO octopus minifigure that was lost for the past 27 years. In 1997, a cargo ship containing thousands of LEGO pieces was caught in a storm 20 miles off Land’s End, Cornwall. This resulted in nearly five million LEGO pieces falling into the sea, with many of them being related to pirate or ocean exploration-based sets of the time.
AEW Fight Foreveris finally adding Samoa Joe, a former world champion, in its next DLC season. The developers of Tekken 8 have recently made some changes to online matchmaking, and players are reportedly having problems afterward. Jennifer Hale, one of the talented voice actors behind Mass Effect’s legendary hero Commander Shepard, hasn’t heard from BioWare about possibly appearing in the upcoming Mass Effect 4. The popular WWE 2K24 community creator WhatsTheStatus has been banned following claims of him violating the game’s terms of service. In addition to recreating the thrills of a standard episode of Raw or SmackDown, WWE 2K24 gives players a chance to create their own action with custom wrestlers, arenas, and even championship belts. These creations can then be shared with other users through WWE 2K24’s online community, resulting in a vast virtual library of downloadable content for any squared-circle enthusiast to enjoy.
Users looking to return a game on Steam may have a slightly more difficult time, as Valve recently updated the service’s refund policy to close a popular loophole involving “advanced access” titles. Steam is one of the biggest digital game retailers, offering customers a massive selection of PC titles that run the gamut from the latest triple-A releases to smaller indie fare. Of course, not everyone is going to be happy with their purchases, and Steam allows users to refund their games within 14 days of buying them, as long as they have only been played for less than two hours.
