How to start the Shattered Space DLC

Once you've bought and downloaded the Shattered Space DLC, you are ready to begin.

Step 1: On a new or existing save file, make sure you've completed the mission called One Small Step. This is the first mission in the game that introduces you to Constellation and only takes you around an hour if you haven't done it yet.

Step 2: Enter your ship and choose any orbit on the map that does not have an active mission associated with it.

While you can start the DLC at any time, it is recommended that you wait until at least level 35 or higher.
