Thanks to a coworker's generosity, one Xbox fan received a few older games to add to their collection of Xbox and Xbox 360 titles. The Xbox fan then posted their collection of games on social media, which featured a mix of movie tie-in games as well as classic entries from series that put the Xbox brand on the map.
Xbox released a set of new dynamic backgrounds for players to enjoy, including an impressive Cyberpunk 2077-themed background. Xbox's dynamic backgrounds allow users to spruce up their dashboard by giving them partially moving backdrops.
The so-called "Pokemon with guns" game Palworld doesn't have dedicated servers on Xbox, which means players can only play 4-player co-op instead of 32-player co-op like in the Steam version of the game. Palworld has been turning heads since its initial reveal, with many fans intrigued by its darker take on the monster-catching genre and how it blends Pokemon-style gameplay with survival game mechanics.
Palworld multiplayer is currently not working for many players, seemingly because the game's servers are struggling to keep up with the demand. While inconvenient for the fans, this state of affairs is also a testament to Palworld's immense launch day success.

Bungie reveals that it is doubling the Glimmer cap for Destiny 2 players in a January 30 update, while also confirming that the ability to modify the appearance of existing characters is finally coming prior to The Final Shape. Player expression is a major component of Destiny 2, though it's not quite as robust as other RPG-style games. After creating a character, players really can only change the appearance of armor and weapons, with their character model typically hidden underneath. Still, Destiny 2 provides a ton of armor and weapon skins to customize for exotics, a transmog system for armor, as well as countless shaders which alter the colors of the gear it is applied to.
