From eavesdropping on conversations in packed cantinas for more intel that can lead to treasure, to playing Sabacc or partaking in Speeder races, there's plenty of reason to just wander around the planets between missions, and therefore, there's plenty that players can easily miss first time around if they're racing toward the game's conclusion, and may only discover if they jump back in after the end credits have rolled.

Each of these choices gives the player the opportunity to further roleplay as Kay and put their unique spin on her and her scoundrel ways. However, by far, one of the most hilarious and potentially dark choices players need to make is whether to sell the adorable companion Nix for meat.
While playing through the first few hours of Star Wars Outlaws, I found myself once again presented with an all-too-familiar trope. ND-5, the game’s primary droid crewmate to Kay Vess, appeared to be yet another autism-coded droid that is typically played for laughs or treated as “other” by the main cast.

With the help of your adorable merqaal named Nix, players can — and should — utilize opportunities to steal and earn a few credits. The benefits of stealing in far outweigh any negative impact, just as long as players take care to never get caught in the act.
Even with its roller coaster of success and failures, has a refreshing view of the franchise's rebellion.
