The First Descendant developer and publisher Nexon has delivered permanent bans to thousands of players in what the company calls its first-ever "crackdown on abusive users."
The release date of 2.4 and the detailed explanation about most of its upcoming content, like the new characters, their abilities, banner structure, events, and more, have all been revealed by developer HoYoverse. The turn-based RPG is moving toward the next patch, which should arrive in a few weeks. The upcoming patch, as opposed to the current one, will move away from Penacony and back to the Xianzhou Alliance, introducing two new playable characters and a new Xianzhou-inspired March 7th form that follows the Hunt, as demonstrated on the official 2.4 livestream.
As seen in new leaks about Natlan in , the game’s world level will increase one more time, and players will need to reach a specific AR (Adventure Rank) level to unlock it and take advantage of its benefits. World levels in the action RPG by HoYoverse dictate the level of enemies that players face and the quality of the loot they obtain in certain encounters. If the leak is true and a new world level is introduced after the release of Natlan in , players will be looking at the toughest version of opponents across most activities.

The 2.4 livestream codes are now available for redemption, but you must act fast and redeem them before they expire if you want to ensure you obtain their respective in-game rewards. Every six weeks, the turn-based RPG by HoYoverse gets a new update that brings forth new content for players to explore. Before these patches arrive, these contents are showcased in special events, and the 2.4 livestream was the stage for showing the new characters and quests arriving with the next update.
CD Project Red developers know you probably look at guides when playing The Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk 2077, and they design their massive RPGs with that in mind.
With millions of people around the world affected by the apparent bug in CrowdStrike's Falcon software—bringing down IT systems in media, hospitals, and airports around the world—there's a good chance it will go down in the annals of tech history as being the worst outage ever, putting it ahead of the likes of 2016 Dyn DDoS cyberattack, Facebook's server woes in 2021, and Canada's biggest IT failure ever in 2022.
