Paragon: The Overprime, the game that launched from the rubble of Epic's ill-fated MOBA Paragon, has suffered the same fate as its predecessor. Developer Netmarble announced today that the game will be shuttered for good in April.

Its price, for instance. Unlike previous add-ons for FromSoft games, Erdtree is a whopping $40 (£35) over on Steam right now, $20 off the price of Elden Ring itself.
The day has finally come: Nvidia no longer requires a login to access its graphics card software. The new Nvidia App has just been released in beta and effectively replaces the GeForce Experience app, and one of the first things many of you will notice is how you can access ostensibly the entire software suite without logging into an Nvidia account.
Games look better with High Dynamic Range (HDR) enabled. The technology allows for a greater range of colour and contrast to produce more glorious images on-screen. The issue is not every game offers HDR support—in fact, most don't. If you're using an HDR-capable gaming monitor but you don't play any games that are created with it in mind, you either have to resign yourself to never thinking about it or get active and utilise some software able to add (infer) HDR from SDR. There are a few such applications available, including Windows own Auto HDR, but you can now add Nvidia's new implementation to the list.
Wave goodbye to GeForce Experience, the new Nvidia App is set to replace it once it's out of beta. The new desktop application for GeForce graphics cards features an updated look and feel, new features, and no login requirement, and it's expected to eventually consume the Nvidia Control Panel, too.

I may be sat in front of my RTX 4090-toting desktop gaming PC, but I felt I had to whip out my Framework 13 laptop to tap out this story about the fact you can now buy one of these outstanding lappies for just $499. That's a great price for one of the best small form factor laptops around right now. There are obvious caveats to that significant discount, but it all plays into the ethos of Framework, and why I'm more than happy to support what it's doing.
