Starfield Turns One Today and Bethesda Has Shared Some New Shattered Space Details

Today, Bethesda Game Studios celebrates the one-year anniversary since the release of Starfield, its first new intellectual property in 25 years, as well as its first-ever sci-fi franchise. On Twitter/X, the team thanked all the millions of players (14, last we heard in June) that made this first year 'incredible' for Bethesda. At the same time, they said there's much more on the way, starting with the Shattered Space expansion set for a debut on September 30.

Back in my day, I had to play Heroes of the Storm to get the Genji Oni skin, and then Blizzard just went and released it a year or so later, so players could get it for free in loot boxes or in the shop for something like 1000 OW coins. This $7,000 shark PC might be terrible value for money but it's 1) wicked 2) good for real sharks

However, Cooler Master's latest creation is something I can get behind, even if you pay a lot for that very cool shell.

Senior crew on a US warship installed an unauthorised Starlink dish attached to a wooden pallet and were discovered because the network was named 'STINKY'

Restricted internet access can be a pain. I would imagine the US Navy, of all things, would have some pretty tight restrictions on what you can and can't do with an official connection on board one of its ships, especially when on a sensitive mission in another country's waters.

Before even leaving early access, Space Marine 2 is already the biggest Steam debut for its developer and publisher

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is debuting to some monstrous (monstrously big, that is) player numbers on Steam, and it's still in early access.

This Lenovo AI laptop concept creepily follows you around the room with its ever-watchful screen

Are you the type to put Blu Tack over your webcam, for fear of someone getting access to it? If so, Lenovo's new AI PC concept probably isn't for you, as its central gimmick requires having a reading of your face at pretty much every moment.
