Since Warhammer 40,000's 10th edition was released last year, each of the wargame's factions has been getting the traditional rules refresh in the form of a new Codex book. The latest deals with the Adeptus Custodes, genetically engineered bodyguards of the Emperor so gigantic they make space marines look weedy. (They also happen to be Henry Cavill's army of choice). There are 10,000 of them and in the past they've only ever been depicted as men. In this latest iteration, shock horror, at least two of the Custodes are women.
16 years after the release of the original Braid, four years after the announcement of the remake, five months after the reveal of the remake's launch date, and just 12 days before it was finally set to happen, Braid: Anniversary Edition has been delayed. The good news is that it's just a brief postponement: Instead of arriving on April 30 as planned, it's now set to come out on May 14.

The first post-launch DLC for Cities: Skylines 2, Beach Properties, arrived in March, and it did not go well. Players already irritated by the state of the game felt the DLC—an asset pack, with no new features—wasn't worth its $10/£8.49 price, and predictably a new wave of negative reviews flowed into Steam. The Beach Properties DLC itself is rated as «overwhelmingly negative,» with just 4% positive user reviews on Steam.
Warhorse Studios has finally unveiled what it admits is probably «the most public secret in the gaming industry», Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The medieval RPG is a direct continuation of the 2018 game, once again following peasant-turned-knight Henry, accompanied by his posh mate, Hans, as they navigate a civil war in 15th century Bohemia.
