First reported by GamingOnLinux, we're getting a bit of retro FPS source port turducken courtesy of Force Engine creator luciusDXL. The developer's expertise on Dark Forces led him to consult with Nightdive on its Kex Engine remaster of the classic Star Wars FPS. Now luciusDXL has started adding support for the remaster's improvements back into the Force Engine.
World of Goo 2 drops globular trailer, soundtrack preview ahead of launch this week
World of Goo 2 will release later this week on August 2, and to celebrate the developers have released a new trailer showing off a bit more than we saw when they revealed it last fall. One of the early great digital distribution indies—and still fun today—World of Goo has players snatch up little weird goop balls and attach them into increasingly unwieldy constructions in order to get said little goop buddies to the end of each level on their journey through an increasingly absurd and equally unwieldy plot.
Capcom Games Sales Down By 44% During Q1 FY25
Capcom has released its financial report for the first quarter of the financial year, which ends on March 31, 2025. The report shows that sales have dropped considerably compared to last year's period.

It's been a little over a month since Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree released, and modder Andmonika has already backported some of its bosses into 2019 FromSoftware ninja action game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Details are slim on the project's Nexus Mods page, called "Sekiro the Lord of Erdtree," but screenshots show Midra, Messmer, Radahn, as well as base game bosses Maliketh and Malenia hanging out in the kingdom of Ashina.
