Computex 2024 was a pretty decent affair—despite AI products festooning every stand—thanks to AMD and Intel launching some new, tasty-looking CPU architectures. PC gamers, though, were hoping to see AMD announced 3D V-cache models alongside its Ryzen 9000 chips but to no avail. EA and Full Circle Games shared another development update for skate., the long-awaited new entry in the skateboarding game series. Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, the next game from New Zealand developer Aurora44 (the same studio behind Ashen), finally got its release date announcement during yesterday's Xbox Game Showcase: the game is slated to launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X on July 18.

With the release of Guardians can anticipate the return of the first gun you ever get in the original game; the Khvostov 7G-0X auto rifle is being reintroduced as an exotic weapon. The «quest» to get Khvostov is less of a quest and more of a puzzle, and Guardians will have quite a few hoops to jump through in order to nab the gun, unlike the Red Death Exotic. While the exotic version of Khvostov is similar to the original gun, its perks set it apart from its legendary version.
