Street Fighter’s Ken and Chun-Li are officially joining Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves

Ken and Chun-Li from the Street Fighter series are both joining the cast of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.

The pair will serve as DLC characters in Season Pass 1 of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, SNK announced on Thursday. Ken is slated to arrive in Summer 2025, with Chun-Li following in Winter 2025

This is the second recent crossover between the two series. This week, Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury franchise was added to Street Fighter 6 as a DLC character. Mai Shiranui, also from the series, will also join Street Fighter 6 later.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is planned for release next year. The game is slated to be released on April 4, 2024 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The new game, which was announced at the Evo fighting game tournament in 2022, will be the first new Fatal Fury game since 1999’s Garou: Mark of the Wolves (known as Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves on Dreamcast).

The new Fatal Fury looks similar in appearance to SNK’s The King of Fighters XV, though the characters appear to have more of a comic book effect with thicker black outlines.
